Data Deletion Instructions

If you are a business using Alex Windshield CRM

Disconnect Facebook / Instagram: Settings → Integrations → Disconnect. This immediately deletes the stored Page and Instagram access tokens from our servers.
Delete your whole account and data: email info@alexwindshield.ca from the address you registered with, subject "Delete my CRM account". We confirm by email and permanently delete your account, database, leads, messages and tokens within 30 days.

If you messaged a business through Facebook or Instagram

Your name and the messages you sent are stored in that business's CRM account. To have them deleted, contact the business directly, or email info@alexwindshield.ca with the name of the business and the Facebook/Instagram account you wrote from. We will locate and delete the records within 30 days and confirm by email.

Removing the app from your Facebook account

You can also remove "Alex Windshield CRM" from Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites (or Instagram → Settings → Website permissions). Removal revokes our access; stored data is deleted as described above.
